What is the Refund Policy?

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund of the fees charged for the course(s) you registered for by the Training Provider for that course.
All refund requests must be sent to billing@gfsr.ca.

Please be advised that:
your eligibility for a refund depends on whether the reasons or circumstances of your request qualifies for a refund under the policy of the Training Provider.

If the Training Provider agrees to issue a refund to you, it will be processed through the payment gateway you used to sign up for the course(s).
Please be assured that GFSR has contractually required all Training Providers to process refund requests within 15 days of their receipt from GFSR.
